The key responsibilities of a recruitment manager: Planning and Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies and plans in collaboration with HR leadership and business stakeholders to meet current and future hiring needs. Job Posting and Advertising: Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards, websites, and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, job fairs, online channels, and other creative methods to build a pipeline of potential hires. Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating candidates against job requirements. They may also conduct interviews or coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms of employment, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
