The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment process to efficiently meet the requirements for our clients. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address high-volume hiring challenges. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the BD Team to understand the client requirements and provide hospitality to client representatives who travel for recruitment events. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns or issues. • Sourcing and Talent Pool Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong talent pool. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and trade centers, to attract high-quality candidates. • Candidate Screening and Selection: Ensure effective screening, interviewing, and shortlisting processes are in place. Maintain high standards of candidate evaluation to ensure a good fit with client requirements. • Data Management and Reporting: Track and report on KPIs and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep the recruitment function competitive and effective. • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand. The Cashier is responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and ensuring smooth coordination between Management, Sub-Agents, and Candidates. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and effective communication skills to support the overall recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts & ERP Management Record and update all financial transactions (receipts, payments, deposits, candidate fees, vendor payments) in the ERP. Maintain accurate cash books, daily collection reports, and reconcile with bank statements. Generate periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management. Track and monitor candidate-related expenses such as visa, medical, ticketing, and service charges. 2. Coordination with Management Provide up-to-date financial summaries for decision-making. Highlight discrepancies, pending payments, or irregularities. Support audits and financial compliance requirements. 3. Coordination with Sub-Agents Collect and verify payments from sub-agents. Ensure timely disbursement of commissions as per company policies. Update ERP with sub-agent-related financial transactions. Address queries related to fee structures and settlements. 4. Coordination with Candidates Collect payments from candidates and issue official receipts. Ensure candidates are informed of payment schedules and outstanding dues. Update candidate payment status in the ERP for recruiter and management visibility. Provide financial documentation to candidates (receipts, confirmations). 5. Compliance & Record-Keeping Maintain accurate, auditable financial records. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations. Safeguard cash, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Cashier / Accounts Assistant (preferably in recruitment, travel, or manpower agencies). Strong knowledge of ERP / accounting software. Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High integrity, transparency, and attention to detail.
