Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a pool of high-quality candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Guide the recruitment process, market trends, and industry best practices. 3. Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 4. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Implement strategies to engage passive candidates and build relationships within the industry. 5. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with relevant stakeholders Requirements Bachelors or Master\u2019s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
