Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment across technology, product, operations, and leadership roles. This role requires a strategic, experienced recruiter who partners closely with business leaders to ensure alignment with growth objectives and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and forecast talent needs aligned with business goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Advise hiring managers and leaders on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Facilitate structured interview processes and ensure fair, consistent candidate assessments.
- Support employer branding efforts by collaborating on recruitment marketing and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment laws.
- Lead recruitment for mid-to-senior level and executive roles as needed.
- Manage complex candidate negotiations and maintain confidentiality for strategic hires.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 to 7 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to hire for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
