About the Role

The Lead Recruiter – Non-IT will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical positions across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Administration, Customer Support, and others. The role involves stakeholder management, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer management, and onboarding) for Non-IT roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain recruitment data in ATS/Excel trackers.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and support HR operations as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter role.
  • Strong understanding of hiring across industries such as FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven track record in non-IT recruitment.
