Job Title: Lead Recruiter Non-IT Location: Remote / Work from Home Engagement Type: FTE About the Role The Lead Recruiter – Non-IT will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical positions across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Administration, Customer Support, and others. The role involves stakeholder management, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer management, and onboarding) for Non-IT roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies. Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs. Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.). Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain recruitment data in ATS/Excel trackers. Drive employer branding initiatives and support HR operations as needed. Key Skills & Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter role. Strong understanding of hiring across industries such as FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, or BPO. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proven track record in non-IT recruitment. Compensation Per hire / per mandate closure with performance incentives. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Preferred Skills: Experience in volume hiring and leadership hiring. Exposure to HR analytics and recruitment automation tools. Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
