Job Title Recruitment Intern Job Summary We seek a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team, assist with recruitment-related tasks, and gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources. Key Responsibilities 1. Job Posting and Advertising: Post job openings on job boards, social media, and our company website. 2. Resume Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 3. Candidate Communication: Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status. 4. Data Entry and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions. 5. Recruitment Research: Conduct research on recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments. 6. Assist with Interviews: Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews, as well as preparing interview materials. Requirements 1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 5. Availability to work 10-20 hours per week. Nice to Have 1. Experience with:   1. ATS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).   2. Recruitment marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).   3. Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). 2. Certification in:   1. Recruitment, human resources, or a related field.   2. Industry-specific certifications. Skills 1. Recruitment and talent acquisition. 2. Communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Time management and prioritization. 5. Data analysis and visualization. 6. Technical skills (e.g., ATS software, Microsoft Office). Work Environment 1.
