Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  
• Support end-to-end recruitment cycle under guidance of senior recruiters
  
• Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms
  
• Coordinate pre-employment processes such as documentation and background checks
  
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus (but not mandatory)
