Recruitment Intern

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Intern to join our Kochi office and support hiring for both internal positions and client requirements.

This role is entirely recruitment-driven — sourcing candidates, making calls, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. If you enjoy interacting with people and want to start your career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and internal databases.
• Make daily recruitment calls and communicate job details clearly.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on specific requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates through each stage until joining.
• Maintain candidate tracking sheets and follow-up records.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Who Can Apply

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates daily.
• Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Strong interest in building a career in Recruitment or Human Resources.
