Job Description

We are hiring interns (and potential full-time hires) to support our work in client relationship management, recruitment research, and career services. This role is a good fit for graduates/post graduates who want to build a career in Recruitment research, Talent management, Personal Branding, Networking and HR Services

What Youll Do

Speak regularly with clients to understand their career needs and requirements
Handle team of resume writers and act as the bridge between clients and the resume-writing team to ensure profiles are delivered in the right format and on time
Source and analyse job descriptions from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to match with client skillsets
Support clients with LinkedIn-related needs (content planning, profile updates, basic networking guidance)
Manage and organize data related to clients, job descriptions, and market research
Assist senior team members in recruitment operations, talent mapping, and career strategy projects

What We are Looking For

Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented and organized with good follow-through
Comfortable handling multiple tasks like client calls, JD sourcing, and coordination with internal teams
Basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Career Services
Bonus: Prior internship or exposure to HR, recruitment, content writing, or career coaching
