Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements for various roles and design effective search strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Contribute to team targets and ensure a high-quality hiring experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    05 years (Freshers or professionals from Recruitment / Sales / Pharma / Banking / Insurance backgrounds /front office welcome).
  • Education:

    Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written

      communication skills

      (mandatory).
    • Confident, energetic, and eager to learn.
    • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
    • Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for recruitment.
  • Work Mode:

    Work from Office only (CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai).
