Kaizen Estimating provides material takeoff and estimating services to contractors, manufacturers, and distributors across the USA and Canada. Our mission is to help construction companies bid smarter, save costs, and boost their sales through accurate and reliable estimating support.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO, and social media).
Research target clients in US & Canada construction industry.
Prepare and update lead lists using
Google Sheets
and
Forms
.
Draft engaging emails, posts, and outreach content with support of AI tools.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
Collaborate with the team to create content strategies that attract high-quality leads.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
0–1 year experience in digital marketing (freshers welcome if eager to learn).
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets & Forms
(data handling, filters, functions).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
Interest in AI tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, etc.) — willingness to explore and learn further is highly appreciated.
Good communication skills (English, written and spoken).
Attention to detail, creativity, and self-motivation.

Compensation & Growth

Basic Salary:
15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
Performance Bonus:
After successful completion of 3 months, based on KPIs.
