Role: Recruiter – Inside Sales Hiring

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring strong inside sales talent for Tradologie.com. This role demands someone who understands sales profiles deeply, can judge candidate motivation and capability, and can deliver high-volume hiring within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and offline hiring networks.
  • Build a consistent talent pipeline for Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development roles.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate communication and engagement.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct telephonic and in-person screening interviews.
  • Assess candidates for communication skills, selling ability, target orientation, and stability.
  • Evaluate cultural and role fit for Tradologie’s fast-paced sales environment.

3. Coordination & Process Management

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and hiring dashboards.
  • Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

4. Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work closely with sales managers to understand role requirements, targets, and team needs.
  • Ensure hiring timelines are met without compromising on talent quality.
  • Provide weekly hiring reports and pipeline status updates to management.

5. Process Optimization

  • Recommend improvements in hiring strategy and sourcing channels.
  • Help build structured assessment templates for Inside Sales roles.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the journey.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in hiring Inside Sales / Tele-Sales.

  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments (B2B, SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or consumer internet preferred).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of inside sales competencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social hiring.
  • Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
