Expectation

  • Positioning Technogise to potential candidates, making them excited about the opportunity.
  • Working on ways to create amazing experiences for both candidates and also the interviewers.
  • Being the face of Technogise. You'll be the first person that someone talks to from us, so you need to be great at understanding candidates’ motivations and mapping them with Technogise opportunities, and making informed decisions before putting candidates into the process.
  • Putting yourself in the center, if you are a candidate, what experience would you want to get? The same applies to all people who get in touch with you or you are reaching out to.
  • You understand tech and can easily strike a conversation with technologists, understanding jargon and what they mean at a high level.
  • You always weigh quality more than quantity.
  • You are a believer in creating an inclusive sourcing strategy that takes extraordinary steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.
  • You know data is the new oil!

What Are We Looking For

  • You have 4-7 years of experience in recruiting and have a passion for building high-quality tech teams
  • Relevant experience in sourcing Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, DevOps Engineers, UX designers, etc.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills from different sourcing mediums
  • Good at solving problems and coming up with ways to solve recruiting problems
  • Good understanding of recruiting tools and best practices.
  • Amazing networking skills, superior candidate management & stakeholder management.

  • We’re prioritising candidates with 4–7 years of experience (maximum up to 8 years).
  • This role is for those who want to build a long-term career in recruitment. If you’ve previously transitioned to or are aspiring for HR/HRBP roles, this may not be the right fit — we’re specifically seeking passionate recruiters who have a love of sourcing good techies!
  • This is a hands-on role with no people management responsibilities. You’ll gain broad exposure across the recruitment lifecycle and learn extensively.
  • The role is based in Pune. Selected candidates will be expected to work from the office during the first month, after which a hybrid model applies. A 6-month probation period will be in place.
