Product Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering – Lead inceptions, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand evolving client needs, align stakeholders, and ensure clarity of business goals.
• Product Roadmap & Strategy – Define go-to-market strategies, prioritise goals, identify MVPs, and keep the team aligned.
• Delivery Leadership – Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery by pre-empting risks, removing bottlenecks, and upholding Technogise standards.
• Agile Leadership – Act as an agile expert; mentor the team on pragmatic adoption of agile practices.
• Estimation & Tracking – Collaborate with the team to estimate timelines, set expectations, and build information radiators to track health and progress.
• Wearing Multiple Hats – Play roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst when needed, and collaborate with developers/teams.
• Team Engagement – Mentor teammates, address performance issues constructively, and celebrate successes.
• Business Development – Explore new opportunities within ongoing projects, engage with clients, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

• Agile Practitioner – Apply agile pragmatically, knowing what to adopt and when.
