Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and resourceful Recruitment Consultant who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients and industries. You’ll act as the bridge between candidates and employers — understanding client requirements, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring smooth closures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, understands people, and knows how to balance empathy with results. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management Understand client requirements, culture, and role expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Share regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress. Sourcing & Screening Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates as per the job brief. Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates. Coordination Schedule interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process. Manage negotiations, offers, and onboarding for selected candidates. Handle post-placement engagement and ensure candidate retention during the early phase. Database & Reporting Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Generate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly hiring progress. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices. Advise clients on realistic timelines, salary ranges, and talent availability.
