YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting the recruitment team with sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, such as job portals and professional social networks.

- Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.

- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with both candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintaining and updating our candidate database with accuracy.

- Posting, updating, and removing job advertisements on different platforms.

- Assisting with the initial onboarding process for new hires.

- Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the HR team.
