Recruitment Assistant

We believe in nurturing talent and providing a platform for aspiring HR professionals to shine.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the recruitment team with sourcing candidates from various channels, including job portals and social media.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.- Post and update job openings on career pages, job boards, and social networks.- Communicate with candidates to provide them with status updates and answer their queries.- Assist with initial onboarding paperwork and processes for new hires.REQUIREMENTS:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
