ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a perfect entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of the entire recruitment lifecycle in a supportive environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist with sourcing potential candidates through various online channels and job portals.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified applicants.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Post, update, and manage job advertisements on career pages and job boards.- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.- Help with initial communication and follow-ups with candidates.- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position.
