Job Description

As a Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the candidates join. Your experience in working with MSP/VMS model and domains like Non-IT Business Professional, Engineering, Automobile, Utility, Energy, Aerospace, and DOD-Federal Projects will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools - Proficient in recruiting W2 candidates and working with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and candidates - Demonstrated successful sales record in the U.S. Staffing industry - Excellent negotiating skills for finalizing rates/salaries and hiring non-technical candidates at all levels - Collaborate with the team to screen, maintain, and build the candidate database - Understand non-technical requirements, maintain successful sales records, negotiate rates/salaries, hire candidates at all levels, work as a team player, and source potential candidates effectively Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of hiring experience in Pharma, Non-IT Business Professional, and Engineering with direct clients - Superior communication skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Highly driven with a sound knowledge of Pharma, Non-IT Business Professional, and Engineering concepts - Ability to work independently, multitask, and understand client requirements - Bachelor's Degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm offering talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
