As a Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in connecting talent with opportunity and shaping the future of hiring. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization. - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals. - Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. - Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to address future hiring needs. - Collaborating closely with hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of each role. To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 0.6 Months to 4 years of experience in recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is considered a plus.
