We are hiring skilled Recruiters to join our team in the BPM/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Any graduate degree is required.
