Job Description

We are hiring skilled Recruiters to join our team in the BPM/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements
