Job Description

As a Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the candidates join. Your experience in working on MSP/VMS model and dealing with domains like Non-IT Business Professional, Engineering, Automobile, Utility, Energy, Aerospace, and DOD-Federal Projects will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools - Proficient in recruiting W2 candidates and working with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and candidates - Demonstrated successful sales record in the U.S. Staffing industry - Excellent negotiating skills for finalizing rates/salaries - Capable of hiring non-technical candidates at all levels - Teamwork for screening, maintaining, and building the candidate database Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of hiring experience in Pharma, Non-IT Business Professional, and Engineering with direct clients - Superior communication skills - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Highly driven individual - Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience will be considered US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm that provides talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
