Position: Recruiter
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.
• Understand client requirements and create job descriptions accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, and evaluate candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates
• Maintain candidate records and ensure updates in ATS/HRIS systems
• Support offer management, negotiation, and pre-joining formalities
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Assist in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets and timelines
• 1 to 2 year of experience.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or ATS platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven attitude
