Role Description

This is a full-time Recruiter role, located on-site in Jabalpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, conducting interviews, and managing communication with applicants. The Recruiter will also collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates
• Experience in coordinating interview schedules and conducting interviews
• Excellent communication skills for managing applicant communication
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with department managers
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment within the industry is a plus
