Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter for Our Singapore Company

Location: Madurai

Experience: 3+ years

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team at Madurai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for blue-collar and operational roles across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, construction, and facility management. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding and ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and semi-skilled roles (e.g., drivers, technicians, warehouse assistants, operators, cleaners, etc.).
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate client interviews or trade tests.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all documentation meets MOM and Work Pass compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, operations teams, and manpower suppliers.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).
  • Support onboarding and deployment processes, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on local labour market trends, recruitment regulations, and levy/work pass policies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Singapore, preferably in blue-collar or high-volume hiring.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment and work pass regulations (MOM guidelines).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment platforms (e.g., MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, Indeed).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with foreign worker recruitment and coordination with manpower agencies.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Mandarin, Malay, Bengali) is an advantage for liaising with workers.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
