Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integration, and workflow automation. Experience in customizing modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation. Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Customer Support.
