Experience: 5 to 7 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing SEO Lead to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in on-page and off-page SEO, analytics, content strategy, and technical SEO.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure for SEO best practices.Work with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content.Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed improvements.Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat link-building strategies.Track and report SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.Collaborate with digital marketing, web development, and sales teams to align SEO with business goals.Requirements # Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.# 5–7 years of proven experience in SEO/digital marketing roles.Proficiency with SEO tools: #SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.#In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.#Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.#Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).#Excellent communication and project management skills.#Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications #Experience with international SEO or multi-language websites.#Google Analytics/SEO certifications.#Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, email marketing) is a plus.
