Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Pune. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for open roles. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, and providing a stellar candidate experience. The Recruiter will play a key role in driving hiring strategies and building long-term professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across diverse job functions
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in developing and managing job postings on various platforms
• Ability to analyze job market trends and devise effective talent acquisition strategies
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment for technical or specialized roles is a plus
