Role Overview: You are an experienced HR Recruiter with a successful track record of hiring ITES and Telecalling profiles in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula). Your role involves leveraging your strong local hiring network to meet consistent recruitment targets and efficiently fill telesales/customer support positions to support the growth of Meadbery's Liver Care Support Division. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for telesales and customer support roles. - Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline to address ongoing hiring requirements. - Coordinate interviews, manage offer rollouts, and oversee the onboarding process. - Maintain a candidate database and generate recruitment tracking reports. - Establish and nurture local hiring partnerships with job portals, agencies, and colleges. - Ensure that the quality of hires meets performance standards set by the organization. Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for telesales/ITES roles in the Tricity region. - Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve monthly hiring targets. - Strong sourcing capabilities using online portals, social media, and referrals. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Must be currently located in Tricity or willing to relocate promptly.,
