Location: Dundahera, Gurgaon, Haryana,

"Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development:Leverage sourcing techniques to identify, engage, & build pipelines of qualified candidates across consulting & strategy functions2) Consultative Talent Advisory:Act as a sourcing consultant to hiring teams, offering data-backed recommendations, market insights, progress updates. Adapt sourcing strategies based on evolving role requirements, build & maintain strong pipeline of candidates for current or future demands & delivery status.3) Market Research & Intelligence:Conduct competitor analysis and talent market mapping to support proactive hiring & improve sourcing effectiveness. Use insights to guide role definition & positioning.4) Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement:Collaborate with business stakeholders & recruiters to understand talent needs & role nuances.5) Agile Collaboration:Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced delivery environment. Demonstrate flexibility in supporting cross-functional teams or peers when needed.

Qualifications:
1) Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on sourcing experience, specifically in non-tech/corporate/consulting hiring (agency, RPO, or in-house setups).2) Proven ability to manage sourcing strategy end-to-end from planning to reporting and delivery.3) Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data management, and sourcing metrics.4) In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean/X-ray search) and ATS/CRM platforms.5) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and research.6) High adaptability & a collaborative approach, especially in dynamic, high-demand environments.

1) Min. 4-5 yrs of hands on sourcing experience in consulting/non-tech hiring /corporate hiring/non-tech hiring for client in agency or RPO set-up
2) Consultative approach, data management, providing data-backed recommendations & Reporting - build sourcing strategies as per requirement . timely updates on progress/delivery & re-vamp/ adapt sourcing strategies as needed3) Market Intelligence & Research - Strong understanding of talent market, competitor landscape & industry trends. Ability to deliver insights to help hiring manager refine role requirements or market positioning of the role4) Agility & Adapatability to working in high-volume delivery set-up & open to supporting peers/other teams .
