Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & SourcingUnderstand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare clear job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and local networks. Build and maintain a strong candidate database for recurring roles (sales, store executives, back-office, factory workers, etc.). 2. Screening & ShortlistingReview resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture. Conduct initial telephonic screening to check communication, attitude, expectations, and basic fit. Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers along with key notes. 3. Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews with concerned managers and ensure smooth coordination (online / offline). Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to confirm availability and feedback. Ensure professional candidate experience from first call to final decision. 4. Selection & JoiningCoordinate final round discussions (salary negotiation, notice period, joining date). Prepare offer letters and collect necessary documents from selected candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR/Admin (ID card, email, system, induction, etc.). 5. Recruitment Reporting & ComplianceMaintain and update recruitment tracker (position, source, status, TAT, reason for rejection, etc.). Share weekly/monthly hiring status reports with management. Coordinate with external consultants or agencies, if required, and manage their performance.
