Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Partner based in Gurugram. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, supporting recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes. Additionally, the role will involve engaging with aspiring students and building strong relationships with stakeholders to meet training and placement objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Screening
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary for interview coordination and onboarding
• Relationship-building capabilities with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Effective communication and time management skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
