We are looking for someone with recruitment experience across industries

Experience:

Work Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their hiring requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various online and offline channels.
Source and identify potential candidates through various means, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates who best match the job descriptions and client needs.
Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them with company information, interview tips, and insights into the role.
Negotiate salaries and job offers on behalf of both candidates and clients, ensuring a win-win situation.
Maintain a strong database of qualified candidates and build long-term relationships with them.
