We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cyclefrom understanding hiring needs to sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will manage fullcycle recruitment, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, evaluating, and hiring suitable candidates within agreed timelines This role works closely with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience Role & responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment drives. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at hiring events. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
