Job Title: Team Member – Staff Reporting to: Store Manager Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹1,68,000 – ₹1,92,000 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental Insurance + Food/Food Allowance + Loyalty Bonus (after 18 months) Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our stores across Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. As a key member of the store operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent food and beverage service with courtesy, speed, and efficiency while maintaining high operational and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:Deliver food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently. Take accurate orders and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience through upselling. Ensure all operational areas are fully prepared before opening hours. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the restaurant/store. Assist in stock requisitions and support shift supervisors and managers in daily tasks. Follow all company policies, SOPs, grooming, and hygiene standards. Handle guest interactions without bias, ensuring a positive experience for all. Issue guest bills and ensure proper processing during dine-in or delivery. Actively participate in skill development and training programs. Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Education: 10th Pass / HSC / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management Experience: minimum of 6 months in food and beverage service is preferred.
