Role & responsibilities

Role Objective:

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in high-volume hiring, solid stakeholder management, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to drive data-backed recruitment decisions.

Responsibilities:

2. Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements as per production and business needs.

3. Manage and coordinate with manpower agencies, contractors, and hiring partners.

4. Work closely with production, operations to understand workforce demand and deployment plans.

5. Create and maintain detailed recruitment MIS, dashboards, weekly trackers, and hiring performance reports.

6. Analyze hiring trends, attrition patterns, and pipeline gaps to support proactive workforce planning.


7. Present recruitment insights, progress updates, and hiring projections to leadership.

8. Ensure adherence to all statutory and company compliance requirements for blue-collar hiring.


9. Maintain accurate documentation of candidates, onboarding records, vendor agreements, and audit-related data.

10. Support onboarding, induction coordination, and deployment of new DL hires.


11. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely grievance resolution for newly onboarded employees

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6 to 12 years of strong experience in Recruitment; mandatory expertise in blue-collar/high-volume hiring.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to brief leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong capability in data management, Excel, and dashboard creation (Power BI knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing recruitment cycles, labor market dynamics, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities in local sourcing channels.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
