We are expanding globally via our affiliate program and are looking for a talented Lead Rate Analyst to help us manage and optimize our pricing strategies as we grow. Job Description: As the Lead Rate Analyst, you will play a critical role in overseeing the rate management function, particularly within the car rental industry. You will be responsible for managing pricing strategies across various platforms, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive and optimal pricing to support our business growth. If you have extensive experience in rate management via GDS, other rate management portals, and a deep understanding of car rental pricing strategies, we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Lead the process of loading and monitoring rates across major online travel agencies (OTAs) such as CarRentals.com and other industry portals. Analyze competitor pricing and monitor market pricing trends to ensure competitive positioning. Manage local pricing strategies across multiple car rental locations. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for promotional improvements to drive incremental pricing. Develop and deliver analytical pricing reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall pricing strategy and business goals. Oversee and guide junior team members, ensuring alignment with the pricing strategy and company objectives. Perform other job-related duties as required. Qualifications: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in rate management, particularly within the car rental or travel industry. Proven experience managing pricing through GDS and other rate management portals. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; ability to manipulate large datasets and create comprehensive reports. Solid understanding of accounting and mathematics, with the ability to analyze pricing data and generate insights. Proficient in English, with strong communication skills. Willingness to travel, if needed. A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work night shifts and rotational week offs. Freshers are welcome to apply, but prior experience in pricing, data analysis, or accounting is preferred. Working days: - 6 Days Working ( Rotational week off) Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives, up to 100% monthly payout.
