Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT

roles across various functions. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills,

negotiation capabilities, and a data-driven approach to hiring. Experience with ATS tools and

recruitment analytics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle multiple non-IT roles across all departments.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.

Sourcing & Screening:

  • Use various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management:
  • Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

ATS & Recruitment Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source

effectiveness)

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 45 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment data and reporting.
  • Ability to work individually with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employer branding or campus hiring is a plus.
  • Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Certification in recruitment or HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM, etc).
