Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through headhunting, industry mapping, and niche hiring techniques.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for lateral hires and non-IT roles.
Manage multiple job postings on various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
Utilize sourcing profiles to identify potential candidates and map their skills to job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field (consultancy, hiring, interviewing).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for recruitment such as ATS systems / AI Tools
