Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through headhunting, industry mapping, and niche hiring techniques.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for lateral hires and non-IT roles.
  • Manage multiple job postings on various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
  • Utilize sourcing profiles to identify potential candidates and map their skills to job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field (consultancy, hiring, interviewing).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for recruitment such as ATS systems / AI Tools
