The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive digital growth with strategy, data, and execution. You’ll manage a talented team, own campaign performance, and work closely with company leadership to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI. This is a leadership role—but also hands-on. You’ll build campaigns, analyze performance data, and leverage modern tools and AI to optimize everything. We’re not using HubSpot—so you must be fluent in platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and the latest AI tools to scale content, performance, and workflows.
