We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for our organization. You will handle sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Sourcing & Advertising:* Post job openings and source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking).

*Screening & Interviewing:* Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

*Selection & Offer Management:* Assess candidate qualifications, extend offers, and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

*Onboarding:* Manage the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and training coordination.

*Continuous Improvement:* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, suggesting improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

Any Graduate

2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
