📍 HR Recruiter (IT Hiring) – Noida | 3+ Years Experience

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter (IT) with 3+ years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent.

 If you have strong experience in IT recruitment and love working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you!

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple tech positions

Source and shortlist candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, and internal databases

Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand skill requirements

Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements

Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding support

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

🔹 Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT hiring

Strong knowledge of technical roles

Excellent sourcing and communication skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
