Job Purpose: The purpose of a graphic designer's job is to communicate ideas visually using images, typography, layout, and colour. They create visual content to inform, inspire, or persuade an audience, supporting branding, marketing, and communication goals. Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design / visual communication / fine arts / digital media Key Responsibility: Edit and produce high-quality images/logos/illustration/video for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. Design engaging graphics, infographics, and branding materials using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Create visually appealing thumbnails, reels, and animations to enhance audience engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media creatives, banners, and video ads. Ensure consistency in branding and maintain high design standards. Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and animations to create professional video content. Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends. Skills Required · Design Principles of Colour Theory, Typography, Layout, Spacing · Software Proficiency: Ø Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw, Ø Figma, Sketch (for UI/UX) Ø Canva (for basic design tasks) · Creativity and Originality · Attention to Detail · Time Management · Must have an experience of at least of 2 years Show more Show less
