Graphic Designer (UI/UX)

Role : Graphic Designer (UI/UX)

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hand- on experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, especially responsive web and mobile designs.
• Proficient in Figma (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of user- centered design processes and UX principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and product teams
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Design (User Interface):

• Layout design for web and mobile platforms

• Responsive design using a mobile-first approach

UX Design (User Experience):

• Wireframing and prototyping user flows and interfaces

Creative & Conceptual Skills:

• Design thinking and user-centered approach

• Creative exploration and ideation for visual solutions

• Consideration for micro-interactions and animation during design

Technical Skills:

Design Tools:

• Figma (industry standard – must have)

• Adobe XD

• Photoshop & Illustrator (for advanced graphics work)

Prototyping Tools:

• Figma interactive prototypes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Understanding of motion design and animation for micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus (not required)
