We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Career Advisors to join our Student Counselling team. This role involves guiding students through their international education journeyfrom initial inquiry to final admission—ensuring high-quality support, ethical counselling, and timely communication at every step. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage assigned student inquiries, applications, and conversions. Conduct thorough profile assessments to recommend best-fit courses and universities. Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and visa procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups and drive conversions through personalized engagement. Respond promptly and courteously to student queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to deliver a seamless student experience. Maintain strict confidentiality of student data and uphold the company’s brand integrity. Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets. Candidate Profile: Education: High School Pass (currently pursuing Graduation) or Graduate (preferably in Education, Arts, English, Journalism & Mass Communication, Management, or Counselling). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, study abroad consultancy, or admissions support. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes. Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to manage multiple student profiles effectively while meeting targets. High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical standards.
