Responsibilities: Active management of team resourcing on a daily and weekly basis, dealing with competing deadlines across a varied client base across global offices Assigning resources in accordance with their availability, skillsets and previous experience, working with Client Services and department heads to manage their requirements Overall responsibility for Salesforce (Certinia) resource management system including assigning resource to projects, creating all new projects and ensuring all staff are capturing correct timesheet information Understanding our workforce and who we have available to book on projects Monitor and managing employees' workload and capacity Managing resource conflicts Overseeing project timelines and workflow management to ensure risks around meeting deadlines are minimised Ensure all booked resources (permanent and freelance) are in the system and work with HR to check contracts Capacity planning across short, mid and long term, including making recommendations for longer term resourcing needs and supporting management with business cases Submit all paperwork with regards to requests for additional resource Work with other areas of the business to assess if resources can be shared (including offering spare capacity from Engage to other areas of Brave Bison) Prepare reports from Certinia to help review the servicing of client accounts and overall utilisation of teams Work with new business teams to understand potential resource requirements Collaborate with HR regarding staff training needs and finance with regards to payroll and payments Understanding of labour laws (in different markets) as well as resource management trends Key skills and knowledge: Previous experience as a project/resource manager essential Able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks and to work to tight timescales Experience using Salesforce (Certinia) or equivalent resource management tool to high standard Critical thinking, analytical and forecasting skills Proven Project Management skills and robust processes Experience working in media production would be highly beneficial Strong decision making, organisational, planning and problem solving skills with ability to identify and prioritise critical issues; Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills Great team player with the social skills to go with it General: Interest in sport beneficial, but not essential Salary dependent on experience Who are we? This role is central to managing and optimising our current ecommerce and access management tool (Piano), our website hosted on WordPress, and leading the programme to transition both into a fully integrated HubSpot environment. The successful candidate will also take ultimate ownership of HubSpot, working closely with our Marketing Operations Manager to ensure seamless platform management, data integrity, and alignment with commercial goals. Key Responsibilities Platform Ownership & Management Act as the primary owner of Piano, ensuring proper hygiene, user access management, integrations, and reporting. Manage the WordPress-hosted website, including oversight of plugins, security patches, performance optimisation, and agency/vendor collaboration. Take end-to-end responsibility for HubSpot CRM, CMS, Sales and Service hubs once migrated, ensuring reliability, data quality, and optimal use across teams. Transition to HubSpot Lead the programme to migrate ecommerce and website operations into HubSpot, overseeing planning, vendor selection, execution, and change management. Define requirements and success metrics for the migration project, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and internal stakeholders. Partner with IT, Marketing, and external agencies to design and deliver a scalable, future-proof HubSpot environment. Governance, Hygiene & Compliance Maintain system hygiene across all platforms, ensuring accurate data, proper access rights, and integration health. Establish and enforce best practices for platform governance, documentation, and usage policies. Monitor compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations across customer-facing systems. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to align on campaign execution, lead management, and automation workflows. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure systems support revenue and customer lifecycle goals. Act as the key liaison between technical vendors, internal teams, and leadership on platform performance and roadmaps. Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience managing applications such as CRM, CMS, and ecommerce tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Piano, or equivalents). Strong programme management skills, with experience leading cross-functional system migration or implementation projects. Deep understanding of data management, access control, and platform hygiene. Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and IT functions. Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and integrations between marketing and ecommerce platforms.
