We're looking for a Resource Manager with media or production industry experience to play a key role at the operational heart of Engage. We need someone who has a great understanding of project management, business processes and people functions to manage the schedules of our global teams, primarily in Bangalore, London an

The role will manage the monthly and longer-term resource plan, and as such will also work closely with the operations department on workforce capabilities and productivity. We use Certinia (Salesforce) as our resource planning tool, and as such, experience on this platform is high

The Resource Manager will need to understand our workforce and our client deliverables to ensure the right people are assigned to projects, and needs to be highly conscientious with an attent
