Role Overview: The Resource Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, screening, on boarding, and managing a wide pool of freelance professionals such as Assessors, Trainers, and Proctors for pan-India projects. You will be the bridge between operational demand and resource fulfilment, ensuring timely mobilization of competent professionals from diverse domains. Key Responsibilities: · Proactively identify and source qualified assessors, trainers, and proctors from various platforms – LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, and referrals. · Maintain and update an internal talent pool/database across sectors and regions. · Coordinate with internal project and operations teams to forecast resource requirements. · Screen and validate candidate profiles based on SSC criteria, job role eligibility, and domain expertise. · Conduct initial engagement and on boarding orientation for empaneled professionals. · Ensure timely documentation and profile sharing as per project needs and deadlines. · Build strong relationships with existing freelancers and maintain high engagement levels. · Track performance feedback and availability of resources for future deployment. Desirable Work/Task Description The Candidate should be able to do the following: Data Entry Operations Uploading and updating question banks, create question papers in line with the design and features of any assessment platform Coordination with delivery team End to end coordination stating from receipt of request to sharing the details of the uploaded content without missing deadlines Coordination with SME’s and Translators Updating SME and Translator Master on a regular basis. Assigning content to SME taking into quality requirement and reducing expenditure. Following up with SME and translator for timely availability of content. Sharing the invoices shared by SME and Translator with finance and track payments. ISO Documentation Updating all ISO trackers under the guidance of reporting manager. Supporting the reporting manager in creating evidences of ISO Auditors. Data Management and Storage Supporting the reporting manager in data cleanup (legacy data) Sharing the question Bank/papers/ translated content on weekly bases with the reporting manager for storing in backup drive. Data Quality Ability to upload data without any mistakes In line with the documents provided and standards Self -checking data with reference data after uploading Skills Required Good communication skills, Command over English, Good command over MS Office Tools. Ability to enter data as per the applicable norms (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM).
