Role Overview:

The Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Proactively identify and source qualified assessors, trainers, and proctors

·        Maintain and update an internal talent pool/database across sectors and regions.

·        Coordinate with internal project and operations teams to forecast resource requirements.

·        Screen and validate candidate profiles based on SSC criteria, job role eligibility, and domain expertise.

·        Conduct initial engagement and on boarding orientation for empaneled professionals.

·        Ensure timely documentation and profile sharing as per project needs and deadlines.

·        Build strong relationships with existing freelancers and maintain high engagement levels.

·        Track performance feedback and availability of resources for future deployment.

Required Qualifications:

·        Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.

2–5 years of experience in resource management, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.

·        Prior experience in recruitment within the skill development, EdTech, or assessment domain

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management.

·        Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
